Nestor Living is a fully funded Bachelor Living startup based in Dhaka. We are building a full-stack living ecosystem for bachelors in Dhaka & beyond. We are building Bangladesh’s first tech-enabled & community-centric bachelor housing company. We provide a hassle-free and community-driven living experience to bachelor students & professionals in Bangladesh. Our residences are ideal for bachelors looking for full-service residences including essential amenities & services like Food, Laundry, Cleaning, Housekeeping, Internet and other residential amenities. Furthermore, to help build a spontaneous community we also arrange regular community events on our premises.

We are looking for a “Residence Supervisor” to join our stellar team to help us build the next big thing that can solve Bachelor Living. The Residence Supervisor must possess these 3 things: Initiative, Intelligence & Integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Owning end-to-end operations of the Residence/s and overall management.
• Managing a team of Housekeeping & Service Operations members and coordinating with other staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensuring a high-quality delivery and coordination of services with respect to Food, Housekeeping services, Security Services, Internet, Laundry and Social events.
• Understanding the requirements of the customer and articulately dealing with situations and queries.
• Being the Point of Contact for all the tenants (members) and the management for the site(s) alongside our Community Manager.
• Manage records, and checklists and do the various data entries required for smooth functioning of the unit.
• Ensuring a high-quality delivery and coordination of services with respect to Food, Housekeeping Services, Security services, Internet, Laundry and Social Events.
• Providing ground/field support during exigencies
• Coordinating with concerned teams for repair & maintenance work at the properties

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in the hospitality industry would be ideal

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

3. Grasp Microsoft Office and Google Suite

4. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you must have great organizing and multi-tasking skills

Remuneration:

• Negotiable
• Free Housing at Company Premises can be provided based on the candidate’s need.
